How long does it take to receive a painting?
Depending on the size and detail of painting, time is varied for completion per painting. However updates will be sent until the painting(s) is/are complete.
Does keeedsart provide refunds or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of each order, KeeedsArt does not allow refunds or exchanges. However, if your painting(s) are damaged upon arrival, email us IMMEDIATELY at Keeedsart@gmail.com
Does keeedsart ship outside of the us?
As of right now, KeeedsArt only ships within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.
What is KeeedsArt shipping time?
KeeedsArt ships USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping rates vary depending on size of painting and when you need the painting by. After completion please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. This does not include major holidays or postal holidays.
What happens if my painting is lost? or sent to the wrong address?
Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out. We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS or stolen packages. We will not replace paintings that you have damaged.
